Corporate Services Policy and Challenge Group - following a FRA Governance Review, this Group has now ceased having been replaced by additional FRA meetings and also FRA Executive Member Portfolios

Purpose of committee

The Corporate Services Policy and Challenge Group has been established to ensure that the areas of the Fire and Rescue Service noted below are functioning efficiently and effectively, by challenging areas of under performance and approving associated policy and activity.

• Finance and Procurement
• Asset Management
• Information, Communications and Technology
