Communications Minutes: The Chair reported that he had received three communications that he would circulate to all Members of the Authority at the end of the week. These related to the forthcoming resignation of Zoe Bellingham as the Chief Inspector at HMICFRS and a letter from Sir Thomas Windsor regarding the inspection process and proposed national recommendations arising from this. |
